Tracy enjoys the outdoor lifestyle of the Central Coast, particularly the glorious beaches and scenic walks, she knows the area intimately because she’s lived there for more than 32 years, which has over time transformed into a wealth of knowledge and insights into the local Real Estate marketplace.

Building rapport and establishing long-term, trusted relationships with buyers and sellers are at the top of her priority list and she recently sold a long-term clients home, their 5th property transaction through Tracy.
