Rachel Guerin

Rachel Guerin, CRP, is an accomplished relocation director with extensive experience in establishing and leading relocation departments across multiple brokerage firms. At The Agency RE since August 2021, Rachel pioneered the relocation department, implementing strategies that achieved rapid growth and significant milestones. Previously, Rachel served at Compass, orchestrating the transformation of the relocation department post-merger, which maintained pre-acquisition performance with reduced staffing. With a strong background in client relations and revenue growth, Rachel has also directed relocation departments at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Coldwell Banker Kappel Gateway Realty, Lyon Real Estate, and held roles in lending and office management early in the career. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from California State University, Chico.
