Makarand Darekar has a diverse background in the agricultural industry, ranging from production and quality control to sales and marketing. Makarand currently works as an IVA and Survey Assessor at The AgriChain Centre Ltd. Prior to this, Makarand held positions such as Production Team Lead at Sunfed®, Glasshouse Production Lead at Superb Herb Company, and Shift Supervisor at KFC. With a Master of Management in Agribusiness from Lincoln University and a Bachelor of Agriculture Science from Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Makarand is well-versed in agricultural business and operations.
