Victoria Schleich is currently the Director of Payroll/HCM Operations at Ahola HR Solutions, where Victoria initially started as the Sr. Manager of Operations. Prior to their current role, Victoria served as the Sr. Manager- Payroll Implementation at Heartland Payroll Solutions for nearly two decades. Before that, Victoria held various roles at ENVIROTEST SYSTEMS CORP, including Site Manager, Assistant Finance Manager, and Payroll Manager. Victoria has a strong history of leadership and a dedication to delivering quality experiences for clients and sales teams. Victoria holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Lorain County Community College.
