Mukesh T. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Mukesh currently holds the position of Chief Human Relations Officer at The Akshaya Patra Foundation, where they provide strategic insights and drives HR business partnering to achieve the organization's goals.

Prior to their current role, Mukesh served as the Chief Human Resources Officer & Board of Directors at Aberdare Technologies Pvt Ltd from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they focused on transforming HR processes to support business growth, enhance productivity, and maximize employee engagement. Mukesh served as the Head of Talent Acquisition (Asia Pacific), Head of Human Resources Asia Pacific (Global Supply Network Division), Senior Consultant for People & Organizational Development, and Senior Consultant for Organizational Effectiveness and Engagement in the Asia Pacific region. Mukesh led various initiatives in talent management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.

Earlier in their career, Mukesh worked as a Regional HR Manager at ING and as a Regional HR at HDFC Life. Mukesh gained experience in designing and implementing HR processes, recruitment strategies, and employee engagement initiatives.

Mukesh's work experience also includes a role as an HR Executive at Renovision Systems Pvt Ltd, where they were involved in managing employee issues, training, community initiatives, and compliance.

Mukesh T. obtained a diploma in Sales and Marketing from the National Institute of Sales and Marketing in 1997. Mukesh then pursued a Diploma in Personal Management from IMT Ghaziabad from 1997 to 1998. In 1996, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the National Institute of Business Management. Later, they attended the Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai from 2010 to 2011 and earned a Post Graduation degree in Leadership Development. Additionally, they completed various certifications such as being a Life Coach Certified from Udemy, UK in 2018 and a Certified 6 Sigma project sponsor from Caterpillar University in 2013. Mukesh also received certifications related to leadership development and change management from Caterpillar Inc. from 2007 to 2011.
