Jason Perry

Jason Perry, M.Ed., ALC, NCC, currently serves as the Director of Student Diversity Recruitment and Retention at the University of Montevallo, focusing on the recruitment and retention of undergraduate students from diverse backgrounds. In addition, Perry has held roles such as Falcon Scholars in Action Coordinator and Donor Relations Manager within the university. Perry is an active board member at Shelby Emergency Assistance and an Advisory Council Member with The Albert Schweitzer Fellowship, advocating for the University of Montevallo. Previous experience includes mentoring youth as an Albert Schweitzer Fellow and serving as a Career Coach for the Birmingham Mayor’s Office Division of Youth Services. Perry holds a Master of Education in Counselor Education from the University of Montevallo, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same institution, and a Certificate in Equitable Community Change from Cornell University.
