Jeremy Cohen

Jeremy Cohen is currently a Partner at The Alexander Partnership, Senior Adviser at Panmure Gordon & Co, and Director at rradar. Previously, Jeremy served as Board Trustee at Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest. Before that, Jeremy was the UKME CEO at Dentons, the world's largest law firm. Jeremy's expertise lies in public and private M&A and ECM work, with a focus on public takeovers, IPOs, equity fundraisings, mergers, demergers, acquisitions, disposals, equity investments, and joint ventures. Jeremy started their career as an Associate and Trainee at Slaughter and May after completing their Bachelor of Arts in History at the University of Cambridge. Additionally, Jeremy holds a Mastered Graduate degree from Meyler Campbell.
