Jada Robinson, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Human Resources at The Alinea Group starting from March 2023. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Human Resources Manager at the same company from February 2023 to August 2023, and as a Human Resources Manager from October 2021 to January 2023.

Jada Robinson, SHRM-CP, earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hotel Administration from the Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration. Jada attended the school from 2014 to 2018. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Special Education and Teaching at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Jada attended this institution from 2018 to 2021.

In addition to their degrees, Jada obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2014, they earned the Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) from the American Hotel & Lodging Association. Following that, in 2015, they obtained the Revinate certification from eCornell. In 2016, Jada received the ServSafe Food Handler certification from the National Restaurant Association. In 2017, they completed the TiPS program by Health Communications, Inc. Most recently, in 2018, Jada obtained the Alternative Route to Licensure (ARL) from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
