Jada Robinson

Jada Robinson, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Human Resources at The Alinea Group starting from March 2023. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Human Resources Manager at the same company from February 2023 to August 2023, and as a Human Resources Manager from October 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining The Alinea Group, Jada worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Soho House & Co from May 2021 to October 2021. Jada also held the position of People and Development Coordinator at the same company from October 2019 to April 2021.

Jada gained valuable experience in operations management during their time at Advantage xPO, where they served as an Operations Manager for the Goldman Sachs account on a contract basis from July 2019 to September 2019.

In the education sector, Jada worked as an Intermediate Special Education Resource Teacher at Clark County School District from August 2018 to July 2019. Prior to that, they were a 2018 Corps Member at Teach For America from May 2018 to July 2019.

Jada's early career included a role as a Team Leader at the Marriott Student Learning Center from August 2014 to May 2018, where they developed leadership skills. Jada also gained practical experience as a Human Resources Intern at Aramark Corporation from May 2017 to August 2017.

Jada Robinson, SHRM-CP, earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hotel Administration from the Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration. Jada attended the school from 2014 to 2018. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Special Education and Teaching at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Jada attended this institution from 2018 to 2021.

In addition to their degrees, Jada obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2014, they earned the Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) from the American Hotel & Lodging Association. Following that, in 2015, they obtained the Revinate certification from eCornell. In 2016, Jada received the ServSafe Food Handler certification from the National Restaurant Association. In 2017, they completed the TiPS program by Health Communications, Inc. Most recently, in 2018, Jada obtained the Alternative Route to Licensure (ARL) from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
