Richard Wilson MA (Oxon), CEng, MIMechE, FIWFM has a wealth of experience in estate management and operations. Richard currently serves as the Head of Estate Management at Wimbledon - The All England Lawn Tennis Club (Championships) Limited. Prior to this, they worked as the Director at Bennett Park Consultancy and as the International Partner and Head of Operations - Asset Services EMEA at Cushman & Wakefield. Richard has also held various managing director roles at GVA Facilities Management Ltd, NB Entrust Ltd, Kier Managed Services, and ISG Occupancy. Throughout their career, Richard Wilson has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in the field of facilities management.

Richard Wilson MA (Oxon), CEng, MIMechE, FIWFM completed their secondary education at Bexley Grammar School from 1976 to 1982. Following this, they pursued higher education at the University of Oxford from 1982 to 1985, where they obtained an MA degree in Engineering Science.
