Rachael Clinton Chen

Director of Teaching & Care & Lead Instructor at The Allender Center

Rachael Clinton Chen is a trauma practitioner, speaker (preacher), and pastoral leader. She serves as the Director of Teaching and Cares for The Allender Center at The Seattle School. She is a stormborn woman of the Oklahoma plains and received a Bachelor of Arts in Religion at Oklahoma Baptist University in 2004 and completed a Master of Divinity at The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology in 2010. She has been deeply formed by the brooding waters and majestic evergreens of the Pacific Northwest, her heart home.

Rachael is privileged to be the co-host of the Allender Center podcast with Dr. Dan Allender and has been invited to speak at churches, universities, para-church organizations, and conferences nationally and internationally. She has been a core member of the Allender Center teaching team for over a decade and is a regular teacher at the Certificate in Narrative Focused Trauma Care Level 1 and Story Workshops. She is also a primary teacher on the Story Sage Online Course, alongside Dr. Dan Allender and Cathy Loerzel.
