John Morales

John Morales is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at The Allison Inn and Spa since November 2022, John previously held the position of Executive Chef at Legacy Ventures Hospitality from May 2021 to October 2022. Prior experience includes Chef De Cuisine at Omni Hotels & Resorts, overseeing operations at the Four Star Forbes Rated Mokara Hotel and Spa. Additional roles include Banquet Chef, Sous Chef, and Caterer/Cook at Mings Thing, as well as Owner and Chef of Lomo STSE., a catering business. John Morales holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Culinary Institute of America.
