Case Management and Admissions

The Case Management and Admissions team at The Allure Group is responsible for overseeing patient intake and ensuring a seamless transition into the appropriate care programs across their six facilities. This includes coordinating with hospitals and external healthcare providers, managing patient inquiries, processing admissions paperwork, and providing personalized guidance to new residents and their families. They work collaboratively to maintain high standards of care and to ensure that each patient receives the specialized services they need, from short-term rehabilitation to long-term care.
