Jennifer Hjelle

Jennifer Hjelle has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Jennifer currently holds the position of Chief Community Engagement Officer at The ALS Association, starting in February 2024. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice-President, Territory Management for The ALS Association from February 2022 to February 2024. Jennifer's past experiences include being the Chief Executive Officer of The ALS Association, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota Chapter from November 2012 to May 2022. Jennifer also worked as a Board Member & Planner at Trinona from 2008 to 2015, and held positions at Community Health Charities Minnesota as the Vice President, Corporate and Donor Relations from June 2010 to November 2012, and as the Director of Client Services from May 2006 to June 2010. Jennifer's earlier roles include being the Corporate Development Manager at the National MS Society from 2001 to 2006, and a Recruiter at IT Works from 2000 to 2001. Jennifer also worked as a District Manager for ADP from 1999 to 2000.

Jennifer Hjelle completed their education at Loyola High School, receiving a diploma in 1995. Jennifer then attended the College of Saint Benedict from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Spanish.
