Kailey Thielen

National Director, Pharma Partnerships at The ALS Association

Kailey Thielen has extensive experience in the non-profit sector, with a focus on fundraising and corporate partnerships. Kailey is currently the Director of Pharma Partnerships at The ALS Association, where they generate over $1.5 million in annual revenue through partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Prior to this role, Kailey served as the National Director of Corporate Initiatives at Autism Speaks, where they were responsible for strategic planning and execution of fundraising relationships nationwide. Kailey also held positions at Make-A-Wish America, managing major national corporate alliances and increasing brand awareness and funding for the organization. Additionally, Kailey worked at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, overseeing marketing campaigns and coordinating special events to support fundraising efforts.

Kailey Thielen received a major in Family and Human Development and a minor in Nonprofit Management from Arizona State University between 2008 and 2012. Kailey also obtained various e-certificates in nonprofit-related areas from the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance, including Cultural Competency and Diversity, Nonprofit Program Design, Equity and Inclusion, and Foundations of Nonprofit Management in 2018, as well as certifications in Nonprofit Trends and Innovation, Nonprofit Financial Management, and Nonprofit Marketing and Communications in 2019.
