Kristen Trubey

Kristen Trubey is an experienced human resources executive with a strong background in shaping organizational culture and implementing strategic HR initiatives. Currently serving as a board member for The Altapass Foundation, Inc., Kristen has held key leadership roles including Chief People Officer at Mozilla and Hearsay Systems, where Kristen drove talent management innovation and diversity across global offices. Kristen's tenure at Netflix included significant contributions to the globalization of the company’s culture and the founding of its HR organization for a new entity. Previous roles also encompass positions at Old Navy, Target, and the Institute on Aging. Kristen holds a BA in Political Science/Education from North Carolina State University and is pursuing a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
