Kenneth Kilpatrick

Kenneth Kilpatrick has extensive experience in leadership and safety management across various sectors. Since June 2015, Kenneth has served as the Executive Director of The Alternative Programs, Inc., an organization founded in 1982 by Georgia Jones-Ayers. Prior to this role, Kenneth held the position of Director of Residential Affairs and Safety at Carlisle Property Management from November 2011 to June 2015, where efforts included the development of security programs and lease enforcement initiatives. Kenneth also operated Urban Platinum Consulting, LLC from December 2010 to January 2014, focusing on community outreach models and sustainability strategies for both for-profit and non-profit entities. Additionally, Kenneth worked as an Account Manager at Admiral Security Services in 2010, overseeing the safety program at Sawgrass Technology Park in Sunrise, Florida.
