Frank Cubas

Frank Cubas is an accomplished real estate development professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Development Associate at The Altman Companies since May 2022, Frank has previously held similar roles at The Richman Group from August 2019 to May 2022. Prior to these positions, Frank was a Project Manager at Aperus Realty from May 2017 to June 2018 and served as a Construction Scheduling Expeditor at PulteGroup from June 2015 to April 2017. Frank holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Maryland.
