Amy Richards Cae

Amy Richards CAE is the Director of Component Engagement at The American Institute of Architects (AIA) since April 2023. Previously, Amy served as Chapter Relations Strategist at the American Academy of Family Physicians from January 2017 to April 2023, focusing on supporting chapter executives in leadership and communication initiatives. Prior experience includes Executive Director at Camps For Kids, overseeing operations and fundraising efforts, Director of Development at The ALS Association Mid-America Chapter, where significant fundraising milestones were achieved, Recreation Program Coordinator for the City of Mission, Kansas, and Events Manager at the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/PR from Park University.
