Dilon Allen

Dilon Allen has a diverse work experience starting in 2006 as a Courtesy Clerk at SUPERVALU, where they gained experience in customer support and cash management. Dilon later progressed to roles such as Shift Manager and Assistant Manager, overseeing inventory management and employee delegation. In 2016, Allen joined United Sugars as a Transportation Coordinator, responsible for monitoring and coordinating rail freight shipments. Dilon also worked as a Solutions Specialist at Discovery Benefits, providing tech support. Allen's recent experience includes an apprenticeship at Nova Fire Protection, where they worked on designing and installing sprinkler systems, and their current role as a Transportation Specialist at United Sugars Corporation, where they manage rail shipments and communication with carriers.
