Lana Erickson

Lana Erickson has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Lana currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), a role they have been in since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at ARRT from August 2014 to January 2023.

Before joining ARRT, Lana worked at Taylor Corporation as an HR Director, where they specialized in employee relations. Lana held this position from April 2014 to August 2014. Prior to Taylor Corporation, they were the HR Director at Navitor Inc. from April 2013 to April 2014.

In 2012, Lana worked as an HR Director at North American Membership Group (NAMG) from June 2012 to December 2012. Before that, they gained experience as an HR Manager at Bimbo Bakeries USA from June 2010 to July 2012, and at Dr Pepper Snapple Group from June 2006 to June 2010.

Lana started their career as an HR Generalist at Patterson Companies from September 2005 to June 2006. Lana also has experience outside of HR as an Associate Financial Advisor at Northwestern Mutual from 2003 to 2005.

Lana Erickson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Bethel University from 1998 to 2002. Lana later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business from the University of St. Thomas, graduating between 2003 and 2007.
