Gwyneth Talley

Gwyneth Talley is a distinguished academic and leader in anthropology, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of WanderinGwyneth Adventures LLC and Assistant Professor of Anthropology at The American University in Cairo. With extensive experience at National Geographic as both an Expert and Explorer, Gwyneth has significantly contributed to the field through various teaching roles at universities, including University of Nebraska-Lincoln and UCLA, focusing on diverse subjects within anthropology. An active Fulbright Alumni Ambassador, Gwyneth has also led educational initiatives with organizations such as Putney Student Travel and the Institute of International Education. Gwyneth holds a PhD and a Master's degree in Anthropology from UCLA, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and certificates in German and Arabic language studies.
