Gregory Endelman holds various positions in the education and mental health field, serving as the Director of Special Services at Orange County School of the Arts and the Clinical Director at Endelman: Educationally Related Mental Health Services (E:ERMHS). Established in 1964, AYSO is a national non-profit organization that develops and delivers quality youth soccer programs which promote a fun, family environment based on AYSO's Six Philosophies: Everyone Plays®, Balanced Teams, Open Registration, Positive Coaching, Good Sportsmanship and Player Development. Today, AYSO has 40,000 teams and more than 300,000 players. It also employs 23 people at the AYSO Office in Torrance, California to help support the volunteers that run programs in their local communities.
