Erin L. Turner

Director, Client Services at The Andersen Firm

Mr. Erin L. Turner serves as the Director of Client Services for The Andersen Firm, A Professional Corporation. He joined the law firm in 2002 and is based out of the Firm’s South Florida office. Mr. Turner frequently lectures on legal education topics dealing with estate planning, estate settlement, probate, estate litigation, and asset protection planning. These topics are presented to the firm’s clients and to the public through luncheons, educational seminars, and co-sponsored presentations with other financial professionals. Mr. Turner earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration and an associate degree in Marketing, Advertising, and Market Research from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida. He earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Mr. Turner continues his legal and professional education with a focus on estate planning, estate & gift taxation, business entities and contract law.

Mr. Turner is also a Florida Notary Public, Private Pilot, and obtained licensing for Life, Health and Variable Annuity insurance in the State of Florida. Further, Mr. Turner has been approved by the Florida Department of Financial Services (FLDFS) as a Continuing Education Instructor.

Along with attorneys William E. Andersen and Joleen Searles, Mr. Turner contributed in co-authoring The Pocket Guide to Trusts & Estates: Understanding Estate Planning, Estate Settlement, Estate Litigation, Asset Protection, and Elder Law (2013).
