Gary Douglas

Gary Douglas serves as a Board Member on the Audit Committee and Compensation and Leadership Development Committee at The Andersons, Inc. since May 2021. Additionally, Gary Douglas has been a member of The Executive Leadership Council (ELC) since March 2011. Prior experience includes a tenure at Nationwide from January 2013 to October 2022 as President of Nationwide National Partners, and various leadership roles at Nationwide Insurance Company from February 1999 to January 2013, including President of Nationwide Agribusiness and Regional Vice President. Gary Douglas holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business/Managerial Economics from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from St. Cloud State University.
