Holly Lafferty

Holly Lafferty, PHR, currently serves as an Analyst II in People Operations and Workers’ Compensation at The Andersons, Inc., since March 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a Workers’ Compensation Claims Representative and Workers’ Compensation Representative IAP at Sedgwick from January 2022 to February 2023. Holly also held positions at Genacross Lutheran Services, including Workers’ Compensation Administrator and Director of Human Resources, from January 2016 to January 2022, and worked as a Business Office Manager at LanePark Senior Living from May 2015 to January 2016. Earlier roles include Business Office Coordinator and Nursing Scheduler at Genacross Lutheran Services from February 2014 to May 2015. Holly earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Owens Community College.
