Joel Herald

Joel Herald has over 16 years of experience in engineering and operations, currently serving as the Director of Engineering & Operations at The Andersons, Inc. since July 2014. Joel has held various leadership roles within the company, including Director of Corporate Engineering, Senior Manager of Corporate Engineering, and Corporate Project Engineer. Prior to joining The Andersons, Joel worked at SSOE Group as a Structural Engineer, PE from April 2007 to July 2014. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Structural) from The University of Toledo and an Associate's degree in Mathematics from Owens Community College.
