Joel Sandock

Joel Sandock is an experienced sales and management professional with a background in the specialty nutrients and landscaping industries. Currently serving as a National Account Manager at The Andersons, Inc. since October 2019, Joel previously held the position of Director of Strategic Partnerships at SynaTek Solutions from January 2017 to October 2019. Joel's earlier roles include Territory Sales Manager at Lebanon Seaboard and Residential Client Service Specialist at AA Tex Lawn, where strong sales strategies were developed and executed. Joel owned Planters Lawn & Landscape from January 2004 to April 2011, focusing on staff development, customer relations, and business improvement. Earlier experience also includes a Sales Representative role at Super Sod. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from Purdue University and completed education at Clay High School.
