Janice Hariadi

Janice Hariadi has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Janice currently holds the position of Director of Operations and Realtor at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty, starting in 2021. Prior to that, they operated their own real estate business as a Broker since 2003. From 2014 to 2021, they were with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty, serving as the Area Vice President from 2019 to 2021 and Manager from 2014 to 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked at NIST MEP as a Regional Manager, overseeing non-profit consulting firms from 1995 to 2000.

Janice Hariadi obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Michigan Technological University from 1984 to 1989. Janice has also obtained additional certifications including Certified International Property Specialist and Military Relocation Specialist from the National Association of REALTORS® in 2016.
