Carol Langensand

Founder and Managing Member at The Angels' Forum

Carol Langensand has a long and impressive career in the venture capital and angel investing industry. Carol began their professional career in 1996 as the Founder and Managing Member of The Angels' Forum, an early-stage angel/venture hybrid group focused on high-growth investments in Silicon Valley. In 2000, they founded the Halo Fund, an early-stage venture capital fund, and ET Brutus, a company that buys worthless stock. From 2010 to present, Carol has held various roles, including Instructor at Stanford University, Member of the Band of Angels, Member of TiE Silicon Valley and TiE Angels SV, Advisor to the General Partnership at Saratoga Ventures 5, Board Member of M31 USA LLC, and Member of Golden Seeds - Bay Area.

Carol Langensand received their Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Iowa in 1972, where they majored in Political Marketing, a major they created. Carol then attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, but did not complete their MBA. No additional certifications are listed.
