Frank Nesbitt

Frank Nesbitt has extensive work experience in operations and management roles. Frank is currently working as the Director of Operations at The Annie Selke Companies. Prior to this, they worked as a Distribution Manager at DeCrescente Dist. Co., Inc., where they developed and implemented strategic initiatives for order fulfillment and delivery, exceeding established KPIs. Before that, they held various roles at Ace Hardware, including Distribution Center Manager, Warehouse Manager, Outbound Operations Manager, Inbound Operations Manager, and Warehouse Supervisor. In these roles, they managed supply chain and warehouse operations, directed teams of supervisors and associates, and ensured safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Frank Nesbitt attended SUNY Canton from 1989 to 1991, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2016, they completed the Workplace Harassment Manager Course, Workplace Threats and Violence training, and Blood Borne Pathogen training, all at Ace Hardware. In 2015, they completed the School District Fiduciary Responsibilities Training at the Washington Saratoga Warren Hamilton Essex Board of Cooperative Educational Services. Frank also completed CPR/AED Adult training and First Aid training at the American Red Cross Greater New York in 2015. In 2012, they underwent Crucial Conversations Training at VitalSmarts.
