Aneesha Singh

Aneesha Singh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and transformation initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Program Officer at The Antara Foundation since September 2021, Aneesha previously held the role of Program Officer. Prior experience includes serving as a Block Transformation Officer at Piramal Foundation from May 2018 to September 2021 and as a Block Manager at CARE India from June 2016 to April 2018. Aneesha began their career with internships at Henkel, JUSCO Limited, and Steel Authority of India Limited, focusing on employee engagement, onboarding manuals, and attrition rates in the beauty industry. Aneesha holds an Integrated Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from Central University of Jharkhand, obtained in 2016.
