Karen Perron is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and human resources technology consulting. Currently serving as a Business Process Consultant at The Anti, Perron previously held key leadership roles including Director of Product Management at Avionte Staffing Software, where a 24/7 Onboarding mobile app solution was developed under Perron's direction. At CIC Plus, part of Experian Employer Services, Perron led a 15-member team in the Product Management Office, overseeing technology-based compliance management solutions. Prior experience includes significant contributions at SilkRoad Technology and Freescale Semiconductor, focusing on onboarding strategies and training solutions. Perron holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Systems Design and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from Florida State University.
