Principal Business Architect at The Anti

Sean Antle has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Sean started their career as a Project Engineer at Industrial Steel Fabrication in 1994. Sean then worked as a Structural Engineer at Morrison Knudsen Corporation from 1994 to 1997. Afterwards, they joined the City of Webster Groves, MO as a Special Projects Engineer, where they managed the city's sidewalk replacement program and other public works projects.

In 1998, Sean became a Senior Consultant at FutureNext / Horizon Consulting, a role they held until 2001. Sean then joined Oracle / PeopleSoft as a Senior Consultant, working there until 2005. Most recently, Sean worked as a Client Partner at The Anti from 2017 to 2018. Sean then transitioned to the role of Principal Business Architect in January 2019, which they continue to hold.

Sean also holds the title of Workday Compensation Consultant, earned in September 2012, and Workday HCM Consultant, attained in October 2011, both from Workday. Additionally, Sean has obtained a certification as a PeopleSoft HRMS Consultant from PeopleSoft, Inc in December 2001.
