Wayne Chattaway

Wayne Chattaway, PHR has a long and impressive work experience. Wayne began their career in 1996 at ADP, where they held various roles and achieved President's Club (115%+) of quota all 6 years that they were qualified to attain it. In 2004, they were recruited to Vurv Technology as Vice President/ Sales & Business Development and was responsible for the entire solution life cycle. In 2007, they were recruited to IBM Global Process Services as America's Solution Leader, HCM, and was responsible for designing client solutions, developing IBM's recruiting delivery capabilities, and assuring that clients achieve the desired results. In 2011, they were recruited to PPR Talent Management Group as Senior Vice President and was tasked with improving their current processes to enable the organization to scale. In 2013, they joined Appirio as Vice President and was responsible for leading sales efforts for all practices. In 2015, they co-founded Bach to Rock: America's Music School, which is run by their wife Sue, Megan, Savannah and a dream team of musicians. In 2017, they co-founded The Anti, an ELITE ServiceNow partner focused on the employee workflow suite of products. In 2019, they joined Servos as Co-Founder/ Advisor and in 2021, they became a Board Member at Cava Mobile.

Wayne Chattaway, PHR has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Marketing from Florida State University - College of Business, obtained in 1993. Wayne also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from SHRM.
