Brian Scarpelli has a background in law and policy, with experience working in various roles within the telecommunications and technology industries. Brian currently serves as the Executive Director for Connected Health Initiative and also holds the position of Senior Global Policy Counsel at ACT | The App Association. Prior to their current roles, Brian worked in government affairs at the Telecommunications Industry Association and the District of Columbia Public Service Commission. Brian has also held positions at the Alliance for Technology Industry Solutions, Federal Communications Commission, and Michigan Association of Broadcasters. Brian holds a Juris Doctorate in Business Law from Cooley Law School and a Bachelor's degree in History from Albion College.
