Pavel Tantsiura has been working in the software industry since 2012. Pavel began their career at Master Of Code Global as COO & Board Member, where they helped to set an industry standard in conversational AI for companies like T-Mobile, Adobe, Estee Lauder, and Liveperson. Theirsolutions were featured on the Facebook F8 conference keynote 2 years straight. In 2019, they joined The APP Solutions as CEO, where they help Tech Leaders with the achievement of Software product KPIs by integration into existing Agile Delivery processes or building one.

Pavel Tantsiura earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the National Aviation University between 2010 and 2011.
