Alison Bagnall

Alison Bagnall is an accomplished Managing Director with extensive experience in training, development, and niche recruitment. Since April 2009, Alison has led The Apprentice Academy, an award-winning training provider focused on building skilled workforces and enhancing career capabilities. Alison also serves as Managing Director of PWG Training, specializing in leadership development and workforce strategies since June 2001. Between April 2001 and December 2011, Alison directed Phoenix Way Legal Ltd, a recruitment agency dedicated to placing legal accounts personnel in law firms across the North West. Academic credentials include an MBA and a Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship from The Manchester Metropolitan University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business and Psychology from Aston University.
