Lisa Grundy

Lisa Grundy is an experienced professional in the education and training sector, currently serving as the Employer Services Manager and Programme Manager at The Apprentice Academy since February 2019. In this role, Lisa focuses on maximizing the retention, completion, and permanent placement of apprentices by effectively managing a team of coaches and ensuring compliance with awarding organizations, funding bodies, and Ofsted regulations.
