Lisa Grundy is an experienced professional in the education and training sector, currently serving as the Employer Services Manager and Programme Manager at The Apprentice Academy since February 2019. We are on the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP), are regulated by Ofsted and judged to be a ‘Good’ Provider at our last inspection in July 2023. We have Investors in People status and hold the Matrix Standard for the delivery of Information, Advice and Guidance and are an ILM approved centre. Our Apprenticeship success rate is 89% which is significantly higher than the regional and national average rates. In both 2019 and 2020, we won the AAT Apprenticeship Training Provider of the year award at the Training Provider awards, something we are very proud of.
