Mahmoud Barakat

Mahmoud Barakat has extensive work experience, starting in 2009 at The Arab Contractors. Mahmoud held the position of Manager of Road Unit in the Development and Laboratory Sector, overseeing road laboratories across the country. Some notable projects included El Zomor Canal Axis, Rod El-Farag Axis, and Shinzo Abe Axis. In 2018, they joined the Egyptian Petroleum Research Institute as a PHD Researcher. Prior to that, they were a Master Degree Researcher at the same institute from 2012 to 2015.

Mahmoud Barakat is a PhD researcher specializing in the field of corrosion inhibitors of reinforcement concrete. Mahmoud is currently pursuing their PhD at Ain Shams University, which is scheduled to be completed in 2021. Prior to this, they obtained a Master's degree in Materials Science from Cairo University in 2016.
