Raymond E. K. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Raymond E. began their career in 2003 at MTS Inc. as an Employee Development Manager, where they worked until 2006. In 2007, they served as a Human Rights Researcher for Global Human Rights Defence. From 2008 to 2009, Raymond worked as a Research Assistant at The Synergos Institute.

In 2010, they joined the EastWest Institute as an Associate and Washington, D.C. Representative, holding this position until 2015. During this time, they also served as the Director of Development for Young Professionals in Foreign Policy from 2011 to 2012.

From 2015 onwards, Raymond worked at The Arab Gulf States Institute in Washington, starting as the Director of Programs, Outreach, and Communication until 2017. Raymond E. then became the Senior Director of Programs and Outreach until 2019 when they assumed the role of Chief Program and Development Officer.

Raymond E. K. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science at Hofstra University from 2003 to 2006. After that, they pursued a Certificate in International Law & European Studies at the University of Amsterdam, which they obtained from 2006 to 2007. Following this, they continued their education by earning a Master of Science degree in International Relations from New York University, completing their studies in 2010.
