Debbie Fowler

Debbie Fowler is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as an IOP Counselor and IOP Program Manager at The Arbor Behavioral Healthcare since July 2020. Previously, Debbie worked as an LCDC intern at Gateway Foundation, Inc. from January 2018 to February 2020, and as an intern at Resolana, VOATX, where assessments and counseling were provided to incarcerated women facing trauma and substance abuse issues. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Amberton (2016-2020), a degree in Substance Abuse & Counseling with a focus on Licensed Chemical Dependency Counseling from Eastfield College, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of North Texas.
