Toni Richards

Toni Richards is an experienced program manager and staff development coach with extensive expertise in managing day programs and Medicaid Waiver budgets at ADEC since September 2005. In the current role as Connections Day Program Manager at Corvilla, Inc. since January 2019, Toni focuses on staff development, retention, and mentoring. Previous experience at Matzke Florist from July 1989 to 2004 involved floral design and inventory management. Toni's educational background includes studies at Ball State University and graduation from Elkhart Memorial High School.
