Andres Floden

Andres Floden is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in banking and strategic development. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at The Arbor School Dubai since January 2019, Floden previously held several key roles at Burgan Bank from January 2013 to December 2018, where responsibilities included leading operations strategic development and regional initiatives within a major banking group in MENA. Floden's extensive career at HSBC from August 2002 to December 2012 embraced various positions, culminating as Country Manager for Palestine and roles in retail banking in Kuwait, marked by significant business growth and development. Floden holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School, graduating in 2002.
