Sushant Ajnikar is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Founder of How Does It Matter.design and the Head of Product and Design at The Arc, Sushant also holds positions as a Design Consultant for CureBay and Talent500, as well as the Head of Design at VidyutTech and Mosaic Wellness. Notably, Sushant has contributed to various projects in the metaverse, AR, VR, and Web3.0 as the Creative Director at Jupiter Meta. With a Bachelor's in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai, Sushant has consistently bridged the gap between brand and product, spearheading design functions and building internal design teams throughout a diverse career.
