Bailey Lis

Bailey Lis, M.S.A., is a skilled professional in human resources and sports management with diverse experience in staffing, recruitment, and teaching. Currently serving as a Human Resources Staffing Specialist & Recruiter at The Arc Erie County New York and an Adjunct Professor at Canisius University, Bailey has also worked in various roles with the Buffalo Bills since 2016, including Box Office Associate and Game-Day Intern. Previous experiences include customer service at Global Wine & Spirits and extensive involvement in Canisius College Athletics, where responsibilities encompassed game presentation, ticket sales, and administrative support. Bailey holds a Master’s Degree in Sport Administration and is pursuing a PhD at Troy University, building on a solid foundation in sports management from Canisius University.
