Christine Thorbjornsen

Christine Thorbjornsen is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Financial Operations at The Arc Mid-Hudson since October 2023, Christine previously held multiple positions at The Center for Discovery from February 2015 to October 2023, including VP of Finance, Director of Finance, and Controller. Prior to that, Christine was the Director of Finance at the Federation of Protestant Welfare Agencies, Inc. and Abilities First, Inc., and served as Chief Financial Officer at Community Based Services and the Anderson Center for Autism. Christine earned a BBA in Public Accounting from Pace University-Pleasantville/Briarcliff Campus from 1986 to 1988.
