Chief Clinical Officer at The Arc Mid-Hudson

Nancy Dib, PhD, BCBA-D, LBA, serves as the President of the New York State Association for Behavior Analysis since January 2017, alongside roles as President Elect and Education Committee Chair. In addition, Nancy holds the position of Chief Clinical Officer at The Arc Mid-Hudson since October 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing multiple locations of the Mid-Hudson Health Specialties clinic, managing Behavior Support Plans, directing Intensive Behavioral Services, and providing clinical assessments. Previous roles include Director of Clinical Services, with responsibilities spanning clinic oversight and program direction, at The Arc Mid-Hudson and Director of Behavioral Health Services at Ulster-Greene ARC, ensuring the development of Behavior Support Plans and supervision of clinical staff. Nancy earned a Ph.D. in Psychology from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stony Brook University.
