The Support and Coordination Team at The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region works collaboratively to ensure comprehensive care and services for individuals with developmental disabilities. The Quality Analyst oversees service standards, while the Homecare Provider delivers at-home assistance. The Lead Information Technology Specialist maintains and enhances IT infrastructure. The Human Resources Manager handles staffing and employee welfare, the Development and Volunteer Coordinator manages fundraising and volunteer efforts, and the Clinical Support Specialist offers direct clinical care and support. Together, they strive to improve the quality of life for their clients through coordinated, high-quality support.
