Johnathan Noss, CDP, currently serves as the Clare Bridge Program Manager at Brookdale since March 2023 and has been a Direct Support Professional at The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties since March 2022, focusing on supporting individuals with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities. Previously, Johnathan held roles including Director of Home Care Services at the Center for Independent Living of Central Pennsylvania, overseeing services for seniors and individuals with disabilities, and Director of Memory Care at The Bridges at Bent Creek, managing care for residents with dementia. Early career experiences include positions at Land O'Lakes as a Machine Operator and Village Square Foods as a Shift Manager, along with youth supervision at Loysville Youth Development Center. Johnathan also served as the Pennsylvania FFA State Chaplain from 2015 to 2016 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science from Central Penn College, with additional studies in Biology at Lebanon Valley College.
