Anna Brown has over 14 years of work experience in human resources management. Anna began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Marion P. Thomas Charter School in 2007 and held this role until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, Anna worked as the Director of Human Resource Compliance at BRICK Education Network, where they led the HR Compliance Team and ensured compliance with state and federal laws. Currently, Anna is the Director of Employee Benefits at The Arc of Essex County, a position they have held since March 2022.
